Brainspotting allows us to avoid our “fight or flight” responses to trauma and other mental health issues. This allows us to focus on the logical cause found somewhere in our minds. Think of it as a way to leap over a very tall wall that has been standing in your way for a long time. By using the techniques learned through Brainspotting we can process these causes and learn ways to release them. I love the statement, ‘where you look affects how you feel.’
